An unforgettable walk, with an expert and engaging guide who will accompany us, through the hamlets, to the Antica Latteria di Bellagio where together with Chef Luigi Gandola, we will discover the traditional local dairy art and one of the beautifull excellences: Toc, which boasts over 150 years of history.

Once it was prepared only on Sundays or feast days, when families could finally gather and cook with the best that the earth and the hands of man could offer. It has thus become a symbol of conviviality and time spent together.

Even today eating Toc means gathering around a pot to feel good together, as well as savoring the flavors of the Bellagina tradition. At the end of the visit you can taste the Toc as tradition teaches: “The magic of Tóc is that there is butter but you do not oil, it burns but you do not burn and is compact but does not stick to your fingers”.
